Our small 500 sq. ft. warehouse has grown into a new 60,000 sq. ft. factory that is USDA-inspected, Organic certified by Quality Assurance International (QAI), operates in compliance with the Hazard Analysis Critical Controls Points (HACCP), and has a “SUPERIOR” rating from American Institute of Baking (AIB).

Our product line has penetrated diverse multi-ethnic markets, including Asian and Hispanic food products, as well as, other custom food products for a variety of industries.

We have grown to serve the culinary needs of some of America’s most reputable restaurant chains and foodservice businesses and have become known as an industry leader in the custom food products industry.
